Job Description
You will join our Plastic Omnium India Technical Centre (ITC), Bengaluru.
ITC is part of Plastic Omnium’s Intelligent Exterior Systems division from where we cater engineering and technical services to customers globally. Currently employing 100+ talented professionals, we have strong plans to grow several folds in next years.
Your Main Tasks Will Be In
• Handling end to end Recruitment including Salary negotiation
• Co-ordinate with Hiring Vedors for our Requirement
• Co-ordinate with Hiring Managers for all Recruitment realted activities.
• Adapt reference JDs, Skills profiles… to local context
• Maintain standard HR Tracker
• Leads the processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the manpower according to Corporate and Division policies
• Interface with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HR policies
• Be a partner with the business, through participation in the business planning, performance and operational reviews and other activities
• Co-ordinates and is involved in every step of the managers, technicians and supervisors recruitment and induction
• Liaise with corporate in order to conduct marked-based pay compensation comparison
• Ensures good communication processes throughout the plant to ensure issues are identified early and resolved
• Monitor the monthly HR related reporting
• Coordinate personnel development plans, to assure fluent operations having skilled and motivated personnel
What are we looking for?
Applicants Must Have
• Experience of handling Bulk hiring and coordinating with the Department Managers to cater to thier Recruitment needs.
• Should be proactive in closing positions within the given TAT
• Should drive Recruitment with Referral, LinkedIn and other Social Media Hiring.
• Candidate from Automotive Industry will be preferable.
Experience : Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience of Recruitment
