Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Noida. The HR Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet staffing needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining job postings, building relationships with candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. The role requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to connect top talent with the right opportunities.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, applicant screening, and interviewing techniques
• Understanding of recruitment strategies, job market trends, and staffing best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
