• Handle HR interface with clients / Employee base.
• Provide Resolution of feedback received
• Ensuring that there is continuous service review with stakeholders
• Establish partnerships with various internal teams to ensure effective HR service delivery
• Document Format control, internal release, configuration on system
• New policy or process implementation.
• Support in all process audits and ensuring there are no non compliances
• Ensuring data accuracy at all times. Continuously work on improving the quality of HCM data. Company level project implementation (systems, services, entity)
• Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
