Location: Delhi
Reports to: AGM – HR
CTC: up to 13 LPA
Education: MBA in HR
Experience: 6 - 10 Years in a similar capacity
Responsibilities
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Employee Engagement
• Use social media to communicate and engage with prospective employees through effective campaigns
• Employer Branding
• Prepare and report the detailed Employee Engagement Dashboard
• Effective implementation of the PMS process & ensuing all SOP’s are followed
• Learning & Development
• To build and maintain brand image
