Job responsibilities
- Communicate with key business and technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements
- Assess impact of design decisions to the computer solution/product/service being developed
- Decompose and translate business requirements into detailed design specifications and code
- Suggest and implement solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business
- Conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues
- Develop solutions, write code, conduct unit testing, develop appropriate documentation, and facilitate final delivery
- Devise new algorithms and data structures for target environment and platform attributes
- Provide specialized consulting, analytical and technical support
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of .Net development experience (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Extensive working experience with C#, XML, ADO.NET, SQL Server
- Hands-on knowledge of writing stored procedures, database design, performance tuning using in PL/SQL
- Proficient with .NET Core framework
- Excellent programming skills using in .NET preferably using C#.Net, and JSON, Web Services, XSLT
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programing concepts
- Fluency in English language for effective communication
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Job Description
MyOperator is looking for an HR Specialist-Manager to drive the Performance Management System and lead HR operations including payroll. This role is expected to augment in creating a workplace that supports business deliverables in a permanent remote setup. As an HR specialist, you are expected to understand the talent scape and work on creating talent strategies and also manage the overall process efficiency.
Key Responsibility Area
• Understand MyOperator’s talent demographics and the overall talent asks of the firm
• Drive PMS for MyOperator with an intent to create a culture of performance evaluation and fairness must have knowledge of OKR's and Balanced Score Card
• Audit the monthly payroll before processing
• Responsible for the Statutory compliance and filing of all challans
• Audit the payroll & statutory compliances every quarter to check for process deviations or miss
• Assist the Head HR in building talent strategies around people development
• Work closely to implement policies and processes as part of the employee life cycle such as Finalization of BSCs, Reward & Recognition, Performance Improvement Plan etc.
• Administer the people dashboard and employee surveys for deriving actionable for strengthening organizational culture.
• Understanding of Statutory compliances like minimum wages, PF, ESI, Gratuity & TDS.
• Administer the processing of payroll, statutory compliances, HR audit, onboarding and query management.
• Manage HR processes on ERP tool
• A self starter.
• Ad hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements
• 5-8 years of HR experience in an IT/ITes company.
• Thorough understanding of HR processes
• Proven track record of driving complete appraisal cycle
• Must understand the philosophy of PMS and should be thorough with payroll management
• A go getter who believes in driving results
• Must be a positive and strong communicator.
