Profile: Human Resource
Position: Sr. Executive
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
· Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events.
· Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.
· Conduct preliminary interviews to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
· Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
· Ensure employee’s understand and comply the HR policies.
· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
· Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index by
conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
· Developing and delivering the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1+ Years of experience in relevant field
· Excellent written and spoken communication skills
· Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
Qualification:
MBA with specialization in Human Resource
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
