Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for Associate - HR System Support Specialist at leading investment bank based in Mumbai
Responsibilities - System Support
Provide technical and functional support for different HR systems. Using the HRMS (PeopleSoft) and departmental databases, access, maintain and enter data into the system(s) of record. Run reports andqueries to review information and perform quality control checks
Responsible for incoming ticket inbox and general system support (i.e. password resets, user maintenance,patches etc.)
Serve as first point of contact for system-related issues and lead training development and execution
Perform investigations into issues and provide resolutions by liaising with end users and IT teams
Perform morning checks to ensure jobs completed successfully and take mitigation action in case of any issue.
Root cause analysis to be performed for Prod issues, and fixes need to be identified. Workarounds to be put in place till permanent fix is in place
Create or enhance end user documentation related to existing or new systems
Manage deployments in UAT and Prod environment for HR applications
Manage adhoc activities around HR systems. Some of them mentioned below
Annual CRP upload
Year-end leaves accrual process
PDP data cleaning exercise
Responsibilities- Testing
Design and prepare test cases execute the test cases during System Testing. Collaborate with end users toconduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) and provide sign off.
Responsibilities- Training
Develop training materials and provide system training to end users including data entry process for different HR systems
