Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR - TA Manager/ HRBP Manager at RCM in Bhilwara. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and managing employee relations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and developing HR strategies to support business objectives.
Qualifications
• Experience: 8+ yrs. as TA/ HRBP.
• MBA HR from good B school.
• Team handling experience.
• Excellent in team work & English communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
