Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager and HR will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies and managing various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job postings, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking).
• Conduct screenings and interviews, coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics for improvement.
Human Resources:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, handle concerns and conflicts.
• Oversee performance management processes
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct new employee orientations and training.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and ATS.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the health supplement or nutraceutical industry.
