Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Faculty to join our team. The Human Resource Faculty will be responsible for providing instruction, guidance, and support in human resource management and related topics. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in the areas of human resource management (Recruitment, Induction, Payroll, etc.) and law and must be able to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and teach courses in the area of human resource management.
Provide instruction and support to students in the areas of human resource management and law.
Develop, maintain, and update course materials and curricula to ensure that the courses are up-to-date and relevant.
Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and learning.
Collaborate with other faculty and staff to ensure quality instruction and a positive learning environment.
Maintain accurate student records and attendance records.
Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and professional development activities.
Serve in a variety of roles such as an academic advisor, mentor, or committee member.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
2+ years of experience in human resource management and law.
Knowledge of current labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computers and technology.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Commitment to professional development and excellence in teaching.
