McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable HR Truck Driver to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent full-time position, responsible for local transport between farm sites. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic, with a commitment to working safely and as part of a team.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
Transporting goods and materials between farm sites
Conducting routine pre-start vehicle checks and basic maintenance
Identifying and reporting vehicle faults or hazards
Working in compliance with health, safety and biosecurity protocols
Performing manual handling and physically demanding tasks
Maintaining accurate delivery and log records
Communicating with team members and supervisors to coordinate logistics
Operating in a safe, efficient, and respectful manner at all times
What You’ll Bring:
A valid HR licence with proven experience and competency
Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot breakdowns (highly regarded)
High level of physical fitness and stamina
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Good organisational and time management skills
Willingness to follow all safety, biosecurity, and operational procedures
Availability to work reasonable overtime to meet operational needs
