Summary: Join a leading specialist research, analytics, and advisory firm that partners with clients to identify global market growth and investment opportunities. We're seeking an HR Consultant with a focus on Organisational Development to help shape and enhance our client's workforce strategies.

Location: Mumbai (Sion East)

Your Future Employer: Is a specialist research, analytics, and advisory firm that helps clients with custom knowledge solutions to identify and realize global market growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential investments.

Responsibilities:
• Act as an HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Partner with department heads to identify workforce challenges and propose HR solutions.
• Support in driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, such as talent acquisition, retention, and development programs
• Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Support the performance review process by assisting managers in setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance discussions.
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Support HR initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in the administration of salary reviews, promotions, and bonus programs.
• Support compensation benchmarking efforts to ensure competitive salary structures.
• Provide employees with information on benefits programs and policies.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies in all HR activities.
• Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Support HR reporting and analytics to provide insights on workforce trends.

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or Talent Management role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in corporate or multinational companies.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
