• Should have managed HR activities for a large blue collar workforce (7000)
• Initiatives and employee engagement as a tool to retain employees and reduce attrition
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Should have worked inLogistics, retail, NBFCs, Real Estate, Banks, Ecommerce/Internet industry organizations
