As a Strategic HR Business Partner, your role involves partnering with business units to understand their strategic objectives and facilitate the effective planning and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Your responsibilities include driving organizational growth through initiatives such as organizational capability enhancement, compensation and benefits management, leadership development, succession planning, and comprehensive HR program implementation.

- Promoting and strengthening company values and culture

In terms of qualifications and requirements, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Team management experience
- Preferred experience in the smart hardware/software industry
- Preferred overseas regional HRBP operation experience
- Thorough understanding of daily HR management workflows
- Proficiency in HR management tools, techniques, and resources
- Familiarity with HR best practices and modern methodologies
- Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to principles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
- Fast learning ability and adaptability
- Clear, analytical thinking with an agile problem-solving mindset
- Strong problem-solving and initiative-driving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- English proficiency as a working language
