We’re Hiring: HR/Compliance Officer (NDIS) – Preston, VIC

Location: Preston, VIC

Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Industry: NDIS (Disability Support Services)

We are an established and growing NDIS provider seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable HR/Compliance Officer to join our team in a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle – including onboarding, training, and terminations
Oversee the onboarding of NDIS clients ensuring all documentation and service agreements are compliant
Ensure organisational compliance with all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
Conduct regular checks to maintain SIL/NDIS house compliance – including staff credentials, audits, and documentation
Maintain records, policies, and procedures aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements

Prior experience in HR and/or NDIS compliance
Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and employee management
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance processes
Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
