JOB TITLE: Associate Lead
LOCATION: Bangalore
SHIFT: General Shift
EXPERIENCE: 4 -7 Years
• Works as a corporate global function driving HR strategies to be aligned with the organization’s business goals
• Ideates, designs, and program-manages unit / geo/ org-level impact programs.
• Liaise and Interacts with key business, HR and cross-functional leaders to make deliverables acceptable and sustainable
• Implements change through effective and efficient partnering and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Leadership Promotions & Role Changes, Promotions & Progressions, Internal Job Postings, Transfers, Job Rotations and Career Mobility Programs, Succession planning
• Excellent Communication
• Notice period – 30 days (Max 60 days )
• Work from office ( All 5 days )
