Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will:
Support processing of global payrolls
Analyze, prepare and import payroll data to SAP Employee Central and ADP Enterprise V5
Process employee direct deposit and tax withholding changes.
Generate reports/queries, including writing maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
Monitor the HRIS ticketing system and respond to questions and requests in a timely manner.
Assist in development of standard reports and dashboards for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Provide production support, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Work with relational databases to compare and evaluate data from multiple sources
Be responsible for HR Analytics, Compensation setup and configuration, integration point development, as well as the integrity of associate information. In addition, you will support the business ensuring that the end to end process solution meets business requirements.
Flexibility for US working hours.
Position requirements:
At least 5 years of HRIS system experience and 2 to 3 years of SAP Employee Central and SuccessFactors HCM experience is required.
Proficient in MSOffice; especially Excel and Access
High attention to detail
