Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HRMS Executive at Apparel Group's location in Ahmedabad. The HRMS Executive will be responsible for managing the Human Resource Management System, overseeing employee data, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR analytics. The role also involves ensuring HR processes align with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
• HRMS management, Employee Data Management, and HR Analytics skills
• Onboarding, Induction Attendance Management and Exit Management
• Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
