Job description, work day and responsibilities
The HRMS Implementation Executive will be reporting to the Principal Consultant - Implementation Team and is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) solutions, i.e Ultimatix HCM Suite. This includes requirement gathering, system configuration, user training, data migration, testing, and post-implementation support to ensure successful deployment tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering:
• Engage with clients to understand HR process requirements.
• Document business processes and map them to Ultimatix HRMS features.
System Configuration & Implementation:
• Configure HRMS modules (e.g., Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Recruitment, etc.) as per client requirements.
• Assist in integration with biometric, payroll, or ERP systems if applicable.
Data Management:
• Coordinate and assist in the data migration from legacy systems.
• Validate data accuracy post-migration.
Training & Documentation:
• Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals.
• Provide guidance to HR teams on Ultimatix HRMS functionalities.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients.
• Identify bugs or gaps and work with the development team to resolve them.
Go-Live Support & Maintenance:
• Provide on-site or remote support during the go-live phase.
• Address post-implementation issues and help in change requests.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HRMS implementation or HR operations.
• Knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with popular HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and documentation tools.
• Understanding of databases and system configurations (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Certifications (optional):
• HRMS platform certifications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, Oracle HCM, etc.)
• HR or Payroll certifications (optional but beneficial)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
