What you will do:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will participate in a variety of recruitment process duties that span the entirety of the talent recruitment cycle. You are responsible for partnering with a team of recruiters to help drive a positive recruitment process for our candidates and hiring teams. Your responsibilities will range from requisition integration to posting jobs on career sites and scheduling recruitment kick-off calls on the front end to helping disposition candidates and create supporting documents for interviews to job offers at the tail end of the process. Your partnership with our Recruiters will provide you with excellent insight into how recruitment works across Johnson Controls. How You Will Do It
• Partner with recruitment team on activities including but not limited to:
• Identifying newly approved jobs and assigning them to recruiters
• Work in our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, to complete all the fields associated with saving & opening a job
• Coordinate recruitment launch calls between recruiters and hiring managers
• Partner with our TA team to proactively post our positions on various sites to assist the req fulfillment
• Connect with recruitment teammates on needed support during our candidate assessment and interviewing phase. Potential administrative work during this segment of TA process ranges from interview scheduling to scheduling debrief calls.
• Craft equity analysis worksheets and other offer related materials at the close of the recruitment process
• Disposition candidates not selected for offer and un-post positions on active job sites
What We Look For
• Bachelor’s degree or Associates Degree & 2+ years of work experience working as a coordinator, recruiting assistant or HR Admin/Coordinator
• Excellent administrative skills
• Demonstrable ability to produce quality work and work efficiently
• Ability to prioritize and complete job duties within deadlines
• Solid attention to detail and organization
