Roles & Responsibilities:
Taking care of onboarding/Exit, Induction, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at client’s place of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.
Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records & forward the same to the payroll team for processing.
Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our clients employees by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR related queries
Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully
Must have basic knowledge of payroll compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.
