Human Resources Administrator – Part Time (24 hours per week)
You will work within the HR department and under the leadership of the Director of Human Resources to support the human resources and safety team.

What You Will Do:
Support recruitment efforts with reference checks, drafting employment agreements and be our onboarding ambassador.
Processing employee benefits programs including RRSP plans.
Promptly and professionally responding to employee inquiries.
Administration of Company programs, such as loyalty awards, monthly celebrations, performance assessments, time off policies, employee recognition programs, etc.
Deliver monthly and annual reports, as well as any ad hoc requests.
Assisting the Safety team with administrative support.
Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and competency assessments
Your Qualifications – The Must Have’s
3+ years of administrative experience
Intermediate MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and work ethic
Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and diverse projects
Ability to manage high priority/urgent requests, adapt to changing priorities
Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills
Additional Skills – The Nice to Have’s
Experience with UKG (Ultimate Software) software program
Experience in the home-building or construction industry
