Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of success in managing a team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
Manage recruitment and selection processes
Oversee employee relations and performance management
Develop and implement training and development programs
Manage payroll and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Monitor and analyze employee data
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees
Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
5 years of experience in human resources management
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
