Job Summary
• Job title: Human Resource & Admin Executive
• Job location Jaipur/Bangalore
• Working hours: 10:30am-7.00pm - Monday-Saturday Daily stand up: 11am, 6.30pm
• Weekly company meet: Saturday @ 3pm
• Other weekly / monthly meetings will be scheduled on an as needed basis
About Anu Merton
Anu Merton is a new jewellery eCommerce brand based in Bangalore and Jaipur founded by Anu Merton Jha. The focus of Anu Merton is on handmade Indian semi-precious and precious jewellery. Most of the jewellery is made-to-order in Jaipur, Jodhpur, Patna and Bangalore.
The company launched in July 2020 and now processes over 400 orders a month from customers around the world. About 70% of the customers are in India and 30% in the US, UK, Singapore, Dubai and Australia. Most of these sales are driven through Anu’s Instagram site and via the company’s website.
The mission of Anu Merton is to make affordable, handmade Indian jewellery available to the whole world.

Job Description
• Writing and uploading job descriptions on recruitment websites
• Ensuring never having manpower shortage - Must have 6 shortlisted candidates every month for each open position.
• Handling the recruitment process from end to end (Screening, Hiring, Induction, Onboarding etc)
• Conducting employee reviews (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
• Conducting and tracking skill assessments for employees
• Coming up with HR strategies (Eg: Capacity utilization of employees)
• In-charge of organizing jewellery events (Putting together guest list, invites, co-ordinating with vendors, making sure the items are available for the event etc)
• Handling Petty Cash
• Flexible to take up new things, eg website and social media
It really doesn’t matter how much direct experience you have had in the above functions. What matters is your ability to take ownership of the function, help build processes, and solve or escalate problems that arise in a timely manner.

• Ability to function in start-ups like environment
• Effective English communication skills
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Active listening
• Team player
• Excel, Google Sheets, knowledge - formulas
• Computer savvy in general
• Use of chat tools, email
• Willing to travel
Salary Range
• 30k-75k: Depending on experience
