The Central Coast Council is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resource (HR) professional to join our team to drive people-focused initiatives that support our organisation.
The Human Resource Business Partner has an in-depth deep understanding of the Council and plays an essential role in both the day-to-day operational HR functions and strategic initiatives that drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee engagement, retention strategies, performance management, and culture.
Essential: Demonstrated HR Business Partnering and Generalist experience in an environment with diverse operational business units and the ability to effectively align HR goals with broader business strategies.
Salary and conditions: Full-time fixed term (18 months) position. Central Coast Council’s Enterprise Agreement – Professional Officer Level $105,864.
