Job Description
Coordination with the third-party manpower agencies, Facility, Security and other manpower agencies and collect the monthly compliance documents / receipts / challans / returns and registers as applicable under the labour law.
• Verification of documents / receipts / challans / returns and registers along with the pay register and invoices raised by the agencies.
• Publish the reports and follow up with the agencies on the pending payments / documents.
• Issuance of Form V and CLRA license and coordination with the agencies and collect the license and keep it in our repository.
• You will be responsible for coordination with the agencies towards closure on labour law notices and inspections made by various departments at an appropriate time.
• Identify, Initiate, and publish the vendor due diligence report.
• Coordination for National Festival Holiday Intimation to concern departments.
• Coordinate with the third-party manpower agencies, Facility, Security and other manpower agencies and do the half yearly audits.
• Should have prior experience in managing the manpower compliance for off-roll employees who hired for a short term or just for a specific work / one time work.
• Coordination experience with manpower agencies is mandate for this role.
• Should have sound knowledge of Labour Laws especially CLRA (contract labour regulation abolition) act.
• You will be responsible for generating the PF, ESIC, PT and LWF challans, processing the payments and publishing the reports as applicable under labour law.
• Timely adherence to the compliance plan.
• To keep himself updated with the latest amendments in the law and communicate effectively to all stake holders.
• Good understanding of labour law acts central and state rules.
• Preparation of newsletter on recent Legislation / Notifications / Circulars / Orders / Regulations.
• Coordination with Internal stakeholder and collect the headcount report and share it with the legal team to initiate the registration for new / existing branches.
Qualification – Any degree specialized in HR / MSW.
Experience 4 + years of experience in handling Labour law compliance.

• Must have strong knowledge in central and state labour laws and rules.
• Good skills in MS office, strong in Advanced Excel.
• Good communication in English and Local language.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Can be able to draft notice reply to letters individually.
• Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
