As a HR Consultant, you are expected to:
1. Delivering Induction Training
2. Taking feedback from the employees during on-going training batches and post training over telephone & online forms.
3. Taking feedback from Reporting Manager about the training over telephone & online forms
4. Entry and Exit Engagement Callings.
5. Doing RCA basis, the entry and exit calling data
6. Doing TNI with existing employees over call.
7. Responsible for managing various MIS.
8. Coordinate on-boarding activities of selected candidates. (Joining formalities, induction etc.)
To be successful in the HR role you are required to have:
1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
2. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills.
4. Ability of stakeholder management.
5. Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management.
Note: Contractual role for 1 year.
Work Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Desired Work Experience: 3-5 Years
Weekly off: Sunday
Qualification: 1. Must have an MBA/PGDM(Full Time
