I currently have an Employee Handbook that I have new hires sign at the beginning of employment. It has come to my attention that there may be some areas that I need to add more description on. This Handbook is 2 years old and needs to be revised.
Additions to handbook are:
Add more descriptive termination policy for company
Add a dress code policy for employees
Add employee expectations, job duties and work behavior
Lastly, I am open to any additional feedback on places that may be lacking from your POV. Thank you
