Job Description
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Salary Range: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Requirements:
• Proven work experience of over 1 year as an HR
• Having Expertise in Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruiting
• Knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
• Proven leadership abilities over 1 year.
• Solid Communication and Networking Skills
• Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or allied domain
Responsibilities:
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Design compensation structure and benefits packages for Employees/Interns.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• End to End Recruitment, Screening and Onboarding
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Create Strategies and run referral bonus programs
• Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the company as required
