The primary responsibilities will include assessing candidates' profiles to determine their market value according to international standards (Canada, Germany, Australia), conducting in-depth research to create eligibility reports, and performing market value analysis to provide insights on average job values. Key Responsibilities: Profile Evaluation: Analyze candidates' resumes to identify key skills, qualifications, and experiences. Assess the market value of candidates' profiles based on international standards in Canada, Germany, and Australia. Eligibility Research: Conduct thorough research on immigration and work eligibility criteria for Canada, Germany, and Australia. Compile and create detailed eligibility reports for candidates considering international opportunities. Market Value Analysis: Research and analyze industry-specific salary trends and job market conditions in the target countries. Determine the average job value for various roles and experience levels. Prepare comprehensive reports on market value analysis to guide hiring decisions and salary negotiations. Data Collection and Reporting: Gather data from reliable sources such as government reports, industry publications, and job boards. Maintain accurate records of research findings and analysis. Present findings in a clear and concise manner through reports and presentations
