Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship will provide a comprehensive introduction to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, Cold Calling. · Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials. · Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and timely. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
