Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Human Resource Intern. The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Qualifications • Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) • Experience in HR management and personnel management • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures • Understanding of employee benefits administration • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resource Management or related field Perks and Benefits: 1.Internship Completion Certificate will be given. 2.LOR will be given. 3. LOA will be given Duration: 6 months Note: It is an Unpaid Internship. No stipend will be given during the tenure
