Job Description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Content Development: Support the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Research training topics and gather relevant materials and resources.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Support: Assist in the management and maintenance of the LMS, including uploading content and troubleshooting user issues.
• Provide support to employees on how to use the LMS and access training materials.
• Communication and Engagement: Assist in promoting training programs and initiatives through internal communication channels.
• Support the development of newsletters, emails, and other materials to engage employees in learning activities.
• Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to organizational development and employee engagement as assigned.
• Support the L&D team in various initiatives to improve training processes and enhance learning experiences.
