HR Manager, Te Toka Tumai (Auckland City Hospital) â 12 Month Fixed Term
Fixed-term, full-time, 12-month contract, Monday â Friday
Based at Auckland City Hospital, Grafton
Responsible for providing partnering support to designated Service/Directorate.

About the Team/Service
Reporting to the People Partnering Lead, the HR Manager supports the end-to-end operational HR advice and services, including the delivery and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes. The primary purpose of the role is to provide operational and strategic human resource management advice to a designated Directorate that supports the organisations business plan.

About you
Preferred experience in the Public Service, ER/IR, Managing Change, working with unions
5 years + knowledge in HR Management
Have a relevant tertiary qualification to the role
Previous leadership work experience
Knowledge of NZ Employment legislation
Ideally worked within the Health/Medical industry
Working at Health New Zealand
