Work location will be on BangaloreWillingness to travel : Delhi, and Mumbairesponsible for hiring and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company's long term goals.Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the futureProviding administrative support to managers by scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and taking notes during meetingsManaging employee records and benefits, including payroll, health insurance, and retirement plansMaintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamworkPreparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for positions within the company
