Job Description:
• Good at maintaining HRIS employee master, capacity planning, resource movements, etc.
• Maintaining Time and Attendance (Matrix) management for – Payroll Management
• Responsible for Joining formalities and filing of documents
• Making appointment letter, promotion letters, relieving letter, experience letter
• Acting as a point of contact for Addressing grievances, Issues raised by employees and coordinating with internal colleagues to resolve them.
• Maintaining employee compliance as per the audit requirements
• Responsible for the payroll processing of contractual employees
• Coordinating with manpower vendors for the time processing of invoices, payment of statutory compliance, timely disbursements of salaries.
• Reconciliation of all statutory compliance for contract manpower.

Experience: 2-3 years

Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
