JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Take charge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
· Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
· Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
· Strong understanding of compliances like PF, ESIC, Min wages, labour laws etc
CTC OFFERED: 6 to 8 lpa
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Minimum 5 years of exp in HR profile
• Graduate, Any Specialization. MBA preferred.
• Self motivated & able to complete task independently.
• Age below 35 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Day shift
