To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintain payroll and benefits programReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years working experience as HR ManagerPeople oriented and results drivenKnowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategyCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practicesGraduate Degree in Human Resources or related field
