Description
We are looking for a HR manager to drive all HR functions in our startup. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from employee processes, people policies to performance reviews, disciplinary action, etc.
To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR Manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain payroll and benefits program
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years working experience as HR Manager
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices
Graduate Degree in Human Resources or related field
