Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, to ensure smooth HR operations. Additionally, secondary responsibilities would be to work with Founders of the organization for various allied tasks in the capacity of an Executive Assistant (EA).
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, promote a positive workplace culture, and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of performance appraisal processes.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
• Compensation & Benefits: Coordinate payroll activities and benefits administration.
• Compliance: Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and company policies.
• HR Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute activities to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• HR Reporting: Generate reports on key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration with founders (EA Role)
o Work closely with leadership and other departments to align HR strategies with business goals. o Follow up on scheduled meetings of the founders with key parties.
o Administration responsibilities towards the office and ensuring necessities are up to date.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA Preferred)
• Prior experience in Human Resources roles.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
