8-10 years of experience in a progressively responsible compensation role
Broad knowledge of compensation methodologies and experience managing ATS or HRIS system implementations
Strong analytical rigor with the ability to effectively strategize and implement a data analytics

Responsibilities
This individual will lead and support the implementation of the firm’s global compensation initiatives
Oversight of key compensation programs, including long and short-term incentive plans, annual discretionary bonus, and salary review process globally for our financial services businesses
Oversee Oracle HCM to continuously assess opportunities to leverage technology to streamline and improve processes and workflow
Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality and integrity of the firm’s data management system, Oracle HCM, processes, and standards
Implements controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality
Apply and integrate analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision making
Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reports on a regular basis
Oversees and maintains quality assurance of key human resources data
Oversees the payroll function and acts as an escalation point of contact for payroll related issues

This individual will lead and support the implementation of the firm’s global compensation initiatives.
