Job Description
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage employee PF accounts, contributions, and withdrawals.
• Ensure timely submission of PF returns and compliance with regulations.
• Provide guidance to employees regarding PF policies and procedures.
• Oversee ESI registrations and contributions for eligible employees.
• Ensure compliance with ESI regulations and timely submissions.
• Assist employees in understanding ESI benefits and claims processes.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Manage exit processes for departing employees, including settlement of final dues.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain updated records of employee documentation and compliance reports.
• Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to payroll, PF, and ESI for management review.
• Analyze trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Suggest and implement HR process improvements for efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations affecting payroll and employee benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
