Roles and Responsibilities :
Handling End to End process of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding of candidates for Sales Dept.
Interview scheduling/conducting Interviews with Line Leaders.
Negotiation(CTC discussion)
Keeping focus on sources of hiring and finding new avenues for sourcing candidates
Ensuring compliance to background verification and other documentations
Joining formalities
Coordinating with internal team members and line managers as and when required.
Adherence to meeting of assigned target.
Desired Candidate Profile :
An astute professional having keen interest in the field of recruitment.
Candidate from Consulting/TA/Staffing industry will be preffered.
Should have minimum 1 year of exp in Bulk hiring.
