About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Scouting candidates
2. Scheduling interviews
3. Working on offers and joining formality management
4. Managing schedules
5. Managing work & appointments
6. Scheduling travels
7. Tracking project daily
8. Preparing different SOP and updating them quarterly
+. Working on resource allocation for projects with project leads
10. Preparing performance measurement matrix
11. Assisting with data collection, data entry, and report generation on various segments of the organization
12. Managing leaves
13. Conducting different search and data analysis/handling as per the request
14. Preparing the output as per the sales team's requirement in various formats like PPT/ Word/email text/PDF/Excel, etc.
15. Preparing physical filing system in the office
16. Performing routine maintenance
17. Arranging set up for new employees
18. Resolving different IT issues
1+. Handling other administrative work like managing office boys and maintaining office decorum
Eligibility:
1. Candidate with proven skill sets having a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HR domain
2. Candidates should be MBA in HR or sales and marketing or any equivalent degree
3. Candidates from Pune willing to work offline will be preferred
