Human Resource – Talent Acquisition – Intern
Job Details:
Selected Internship candidate will be onboard with the existing team and will be assigned a mentor.The day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Understand job requirements.
• Use job portals to create job posts.
• Shortlist candidates as per requirement.
• Participate in selection process as per client.
• Ensure candidate joining the client.
All this with actual job requirements with real clients and candidates under a dedicated mentor guidance.
Working location & hours:
• Remote – Work from Home (WFH).
• 10:00 AM IST till 07:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
• Should have laptop and active broadband connection with decent speed.
Benefits: -
• Cash Stipend:
• 5000 Rs per month for first 3 months.
• On exceptional performance after 3 months, it will be increased as per company norms.
• After completion of the internship (6 months) and final performance review a final job offer is likely to be made by NetRTech.
• Mentoring and coaching.
• On the job experience.
• Post Internship (6 months) permanent job offer.
