Canadian Armed Forces Primary Reserve (Part-time)
Only applicants aged between 16 and 57, A Grade 10 Level Education or Equivalent and Canadian Citizens/Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.
Join the 15th Field Artillery Regiment, The Royal Regiment of Canadian Artillery as a Human Resources Administrator.
As a member of the military, Human Resources Administrators provide administrative and general human resources support to all military activities.
The primary duties of a Human Resources Administrator are to provide:
Human resources administration and services
Administration of pay and allowances
Automated pay systems and information management
Maintenance of personnel records
Army Reservists typically serve one or more evenings a week and/or during weekends at locations close to home.
Our Regiment offers:
Competitive pay with options for annual progression and promotion;
Payment towards your university or other schooling;
Evening and weekend working hours to complement school or a full-time career;
Challenging and exciting training unlike any other part-time opportunity;

Officer applicants are required to either possess or be in process of obtaining a University degree.
As a private recruit the pay rate is $127.22 for a full-day.
As a Corporal the pay rate goes up to $185.20 for a full-day.
