1. Maintaining Records and compliances of ESIC and PF
2. Grievance handling of workers.
3. Dealing with Contractor for Labor Supply.
4. Regularly visit Government departments and maintain healthy relations through effective
liaisoning.
5 Maintaining the Canteen, Guest House and Housekeeping of the Plant.
6. Taking care of contract labours attendance, shifts and overtime.
