Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Support employee relations initiatives, including investigations and performance management.
• Maintain HR records and systems.
• Assist with benefits administration and payroll.
• Contribute to organizational development and talent management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• CIPD qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
