We have implemented projects across the country, including in Bihar, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh.Job SummaryThe person will be responsible to support India HR Operations, provide transactional support to HR team and stakeholders in the organization.Essential DutiesProvide consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration to the HR team and other stakeholders in the organization.Main trackers, generate reports and manage employee files (soft copy version/hard copy version) for internal record keepingPrepare & update reports and trackers (including leave tracking/mandatory trainings etc.) for periodic compliance audits.Conduct data analysis and share inputs with division head to effectively support ongoing programs.Support HR team in new process and tools implementation, automation of existing processes.Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.Work with HR team to resolve customer questions or issues in broad range of HR mattersMinimum Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s in any discipline, with 1 – 2 yrs of experience in managing operations and providing.Prior experience in creating excel based reports and dashboards, overall data administration will be highly desiredExperience managing data in HRIS systems would be highly preferred.Ability to work effectively in a high-pace and deadline-driven atmosphereSkills & AbilitiesExtremely customer centric and ability to engage actively with stakeholdersGood communications skills, including spoken and written English.Should be able to identify problems and proactively provide solutionsExperience in data administration and research and analytical skills would be highly desiredAttention to detail and ability to work within timelinesAbility to work in collaboration with team and provide cross-functional support if neededAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionThorough knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookStrong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task and deliver with qualityWe would prefer applications from candidates including People with disabilities (PwDs).If you are unable to submit application, request you to send your application on
