The Human Resources and Office Manager is a dual role involving the full spectrum of human resources and office management responsibilities of A1HC Enterprises back office
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for professionally performing HR-related duties across various HR functional areas, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Additionally, the office manager component of this position encompasses overseeing back-office activities, managing IT, inventory, purchasing, facilitating and managing daily operations, and resolving monthly operational challenges.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working both autonomously and within a team. This candidate should be corporate culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and contributing new ideas and programs. The candidate will be expected to perform the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct recruitment efforts, including new-employee orientations, career-pathing programs, and work task training.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Establish and manage a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
• Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve department efficiency and services performed.
• Supervise and coordinate overall administrative and office activities of the Delhi office.
• Participate in special department projects as needed.
• Solve initial operational problems by restructuring teams.
Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with a deep understanding of HR functional areas.
• Demonstrated success in office management, including IT, inventory management, purchasing, and daily operations.
• Strong recruitment and employee relations skills, with experience conducting interviews, orientations, and exit interviews.
• Excellent organizational skills, with experience maintaining job descriptions, organization charts, and employee directories.
• Ability to recommend and implement new policies and procedures for departmental improvements.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills in managing administrative and office activities.
• Experience in resolving operational challenges and restructuring teams for optimal performance.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable design practices
Pay Range:
CTC: 35-40k/Month
